FOR GUESTS 18-20 YEARS OLD: I understand that I am solely responsible for my actions and well-being at the event. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I, on behalf of myself and my successors, hereby release and forever discharge Yakima Pride and all associated entities from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from my participation in Rainbow Prom. MEDICAL TREATMENT: In the event of an emergency, I hereby grant authorization to on-site personnel to arrange for necessary medical treatment on my behalf.
