We would like to recognize and honor the following directors who will be retiring from Blue this year.

Mike Stigler

Years of Service – 35
Office – Seymour/Louisville
Team – Healthcare
Industry/Specialty – Healthcare
Proudest Moment – Seeing the next generation come up through the firm. It's been extremely rewarding for him to play a part in training others to take over.
Retirement Plans – “It’s not a cliff but a segway”. He will be transitioning to dedicate more time to other entities- Alliant, Bluegrass leasing, Investments (and if you know Mike then you know the list goes on and on 😊). He also plans to start traveling more and spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He looks forward to supporting his wife’s endeavors during this next phase in life as she has made tremendous sacrifices for him so that he could have a successful career.

Kam McQuay

Years of Service – 32
Office – Indianapolis
Team – Business Valuation
Industry/Specialty – Healthcare
Proudest Moment - Working to grow the firm with a great team of people through hard work. Kam was also one of the founders of the Blue Foundation. He saw a need to help others and what a better way to do this then by working together to accomplish much.
Retirement Plans – He wants to continue to serve on boards and is open to any opportunities that come his way.

Doug Hasler

Years of Service – 43
Office – Carmel
Team – Audit
Industry/Specialty – Not-for-profit and Manufacturing & Distribution
Proudest Moment – Being a part of the executive committee that led the first strategic planning effort at Blue. This resulted in a 10-year vision, which drove the firm’s growth strategy including mergers and acquisitions, development of world-class training programs, investment in niches, pursuit of being a best place to work on an ongoing basis and doing everything we can to remain an independent firm.
Retirement Plans – More Traveling with his wife, spending much more time with his granddaughter, volunteer more in his community, and maybe squeeze some bass fishing in as well.
