Thank you for reserving your space to display at the 2025 Town-wide picnic. Please arrive at the field by 3:45 p.m. to set up your booth.

On Sunday, May 18th you can set-up your field booth area from either 9 a.m. to Noon, or after 3:30 p.m. You must have the booth set up by 4:30 p.m.

The location of the booths are between the Diane Warren Software Field and the Hunnewell Field Tot Lot.

Your name will be provided to the police and there is parking available for one car at the Hunnewell Tennis Courts.

The picnic event formally starts at 4:30 p.m. Most families arrive after 5 p.m.

When you arrive, you will see an area staked out for your 10 x 10 area. Your name will be posted with your area position.
