This is my third Bike4Haiti ride. Last year I biked to DC with them. But this year, I can only go on the 1-day trip to Connellsville because of family commitments.
The parent organization, HaitiH2O is an incredible charity, based in Pittsburgh. They promote development in rural Haiti, a supremely difficult logistical challenge. Yet, they somehow manage to persevere. Your contribution will likely go further here than just about anywhere else in the world. Haiti's cost of living ranks 173rd out of 208 countries.
