I'm a Clarion West 2016 alum. As a speculative fiction writer, the experience not only allowed me to grow creatively and professionally, but I also met lifelong friends who continue to inspire and amaze me to this day.

Clarion West is a fantastic organization, fostering the next generation of science fiction and fantasy writers with a focus on community and diversity. Now, more than ever, the world needs that.

My goal for this year's write-a-thon is to add 6k words to my novella. Wish me luck!
