Join the Fairbanks Panthers Athletic Boosters on the evening of Saturday, November 15th at the beautiful, Grain Wedding & Event Center in Marysville for the 4th Annual Panther Pawlooza supporting Fairbanks HS and MS student athletes.

Buy your ticket today with 200-to-1 odds of winning the top big cash prize! Each $100 ticket sold will include a single entry to the event, dinner by Hudson’s Edge Catering, two drink tickets and a chance to win a cash prize in the raffle drawing. Cash games will be played before, during, and after the raffle. The evening will also include a silent auction with baskets put together by the athletic teams.

Time: Doors open at 6:00 pm with dinner to be served at 6:30 pm. Reverse Raffle begins at 7:00 pm with intermission after half of the tickets are drawn.

Games: A variety of games will be available to play for attendees for an opportunity to win cash or prizes including plinko, 50/50 boards, simplified coverall, heads or tails, second chance raffle, unlucky column, playing card raffle and the panther race. (Games are subject to change.)

Tickets: You can purchase single tickets in the quantity needed for $100 each or purchase 8 for $800 total and one lucky guest at your table will be selected to win a table gift. **Catering headcount is due November 1. Please buy your tickets early!**

What is Panther Pawlooza? It is an adults-only game night fundraiser organized by the Fairbanks Athletic Boosters that supports all of our Fairbanks high school and middle school student athletes and their uniforms. The main game is a Reverse Raffle where the last ticket drawn at the end of the night is the big cash prize winner and everyone in the 'top ten' will win a cash prize. We offer a variety of fun games that guests will play throughout the evening for an opportunity to win other cash and prizes. We hold this fundraising event off-site in a beautiful and more relaxed venue for our guests to socialize.

How do I buy my tickets? Reserve your tickets online before Saturday, November 1 at 9:00am on this site or get us a check or cash to reserve your seats. Only 200 tickets will be sold, so buy before we are sold out!

What is included with my $100 ticket? Each ticket includes appetizers, dinner and dessert, 2 drink tickets for beer and wine, unlimited bottled water and soda pop and a chance to win a big cash prize in our main fundraiser game, a reverse raffle. The athletic boosters have a lovely dinner catered by Hudson's Edge for you all to enjoy with options for everyone. Mixed drinks will also be available to purchase for $7.

Why should I buy a table for $800? For guests that buy a table together, one lucky recipient from each table purchased will be drawn that night to receive a special gift including Panther swag and donations from local businesses. If you put a table of 8 guests together after purchasing your tickets, please let us know so your table can be included in the drawings.

Who can attend? Anyone who wants to support Fairbanks Athletics and is over age 21! We welcome all athlete families, extended family, school staff and supportive community members.

What are the fundraiser event details? The doors will open at the Grain Wedding and Event Center in Marysville at 6:00pm on Saturday, November 15th. This beautiful event center is located across from Eljer Park with ample parking and accessible entry for all of our guests. There is no dress code for the event. Most guests dress-up ready for a casual date night. We will start the evening with appetizers, drinks, time to shop the silent auction table and game buy-ins. Our dinner will be served at 6:30pm and the Reverse Raffle ticket pulls will begin at 7:00pm. To break up the fun, we will play Heads or Tails and auction off entry into our other big game, the Panther Race. We usually finish our fundraiser before 10:00pm.

What if I have a conflict that night? Anyone who purchases a ticket still has a chance to win a door prize or cash prize in our Reverse Raffle game! And yes, you can show up late - we will have a seat for you!

What about the OSU football game? Just like you, we've been anxiously waiting for the game time to be announced. If the game is played during the event, we will have it on TVs and will adjust our event accordingly.

Why do the Athletic Boosters need to raise so much money? We support all of the high school and middle school sanctioned sports teams with new uniforms on a 4-year rotation basis. We have created a funding model to help us budget for that and give the coaches' guidelines for what they can spend. The pricing of our uniforms across all the teams varies quite a bit - some years cost more than others. We have determined that to successfully support our funding model, we need to have a net profit of $39,000 each year. We accomplish this through the concession stand, the sports programs' ad sales, Champions program and this event. The athletic boosters also began a scholarship fund for our graduating seniors and have already given away $3,000 to the class of 2024 and 2025. In the past, we have collaborated with the athletic department to pay for improvements around campus that benefit all of our student athletes with equipment upgrades in the weight room and branding inside the competition gym.
