2026 4th Friday MeetUP - APRIL 24TH EDITION

We are excited to have you as a vendor the 4th Friday APRIL 24TH 2026 MeetUP! Please ensure to read this form carefully and reach out to Deanna at chicanocenterkc@gmail.com with any questions. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS ITEMS HAVE CHANGED.

***This specific registration form is for APRIL 24TH 2026 only.

Location: West Bottoms; Liberty Courtyard; between 13th Terrace and 14th Street off of Liberty Street under the I-670 Bridge.
Date: APRIL 24TH 2026
Time of event: 6pm to 10pm
Vendor Load in: 4pm to 5:30pm - PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER THAN 4PM. DO NOT ENTER THE LOT WITHOUT A VOLUNTEER TO SUPPORT YOU. MAP WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOUR SPOT.
Vendor Load out: 10pm; MUST STAY UNTIL 10PM DUE TO SAFETY REASONS.

LOGISTICS TO FOLLOW (IF NOT FOLLOWED YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND NOT RETURN TO ANY OF THE 4TH FRIDAYS AND NO REIMBURSEMENT).

Must bring own trash can and liners; dumpster will be available to dump trash after event. If your vendor has trash that was not properly disposed of, you will not be asked back for any future events.
Must be able to stay until 10pm as no cars/trucks are allowed on the Liberty Courtyard area for safety reasons. If this rule is not followed you will be asked to leave and will not be allowed back to any events.
No disruptions, fighting, rude behavior is allowed; anyone not in compliance will be removed and not allowed back to any future events.
Payments must be made on time, if not, you will be removed from the list of vendor applications for that specific events.
Important Policy Notice:
This is a Rain or Shine event.
- No refunds and no transfers to another month will be permitted. No exceptions.
- In the rare case that the event organizers cancel due to severe weather, you will have the option to either receive a refund or move your registration to a future date.
- Any cancellation decisions due to weather will be made at least one day prior to the event if necessary.

Please note, product vendor fees have increased to $40 per month this year due to rising costs. With full payment, you’ll get a permanent spot at 4th Fridays—no moving around—and you’ll be able to choose your location once payment is received. Deanna will send a map to choose your spot. Please remember no refunds, unless cancellation of the event.

PREPACKAGED FOOD VENDORS: This is new for 2026: Secure your spot and save—pay for all 5 months upfront and get 1 month FREE! The total of $200.00 is due now. With full payment, you’ll get a permanent spot at 4th Fridays—no moving around—and you’ll be able to choose your location once payment is received. Deanna will send a map to choose your spot. Must have all required Missouri licenses to prepare and sell food. The MO Health Department will be onsite for inspections at all events.

For vendors selling prepackaged food only (no onsite cooking). Please confirm permit requirements with the Health Department. All proper licenses are required, and inspections will be conducted onsite.
