A Holiday Gift of Gratitude and Hope

The American Legion Auxiliary Post 178 is proud to support the brave men and women serving our country and the families who stand beside them. Each year, we partner with the nonprofit organization RCI to help make the holiday season a little brighter for active-duty military families in our community.

For many military families, the holidays can be challenging. Deployments, frequent moves, and the sacrifices required by military service often mean loved ones are separated during a season that should be filled with joy and togetherness. Through this special holiday giving program, we have the opportunity to show these families that their service and sacrifice are remembered and appreciated.

The funds raised by the American Legion Auxiliary Post 178 are used to provide holiday gifts that are presented to active military members and their families during the annual RCI Holiday Dinner. This special event brings families together for an evening of fellowship, celebration, and gratitude. For many children, the gifts they receive become treasured memories of a holiday season made brighter by the kindness of others.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps us continue this tradition of support and appreciation. Your generosity allows us to place smiles on the faces of military children, offer encouragement to military spouses, and express our heartfelt thanks to those who serve our nation every day.

When you contribute to this fundraiser, you are doing more than purchasing a gift. You are sending a message to our military families that they are not alone, that their sacrifices matter, and that their community stands behind them.

Together, we can make the holidays a season of comfort, joy, and gratitude for those who give so much in service to our country.

Please join the American Legion Auxiliary Post 178 in supporting our active military families. Your donation will help create a memorable holiday celebration and remind these deserving families that they are appreciated, valued, and loved.

"For the sake of our veterans, military, and their families, let us continue to serve those who serve us." 🇺🇸
