We're just a few days away from the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix's Blacktie & Tailpipes Gala, and I honestly can't wait to welcome you!

I created this Guest Information Center so you'll have everything you need before arriving on Saturday, all in one place. As we get closer to the event, I'll continue updating this page with any important information, so feel free to check back before the gala.

On behalf of everyone at the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix, thank you for joining us and supporting our beneficiary charities. Because of generous people like you, we've donated more than $7 million to organizations serving individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities. We simply couldn't do it without you.

One of my favorite things about the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is that it truly feels like family. Every year, familiar faces return, new friendships are made, and people from all walks of life come together for one incredible cause. Whether you've attended for years or this is your very first gala, once you walk through those doors, you're part of the PVGP family.

We've planned an unforgettable evening with incredible food and cocktails, live music, exciting auction packages, raffles, special surprises, and an exclusive preview of the brand-new Science of Speed exhibit before it officially opens to the public. I honestly can't wait to share it all with you!

When the gala originally sold out, we had so many people ask if there was any way to still attend. Thanks to a few seating adjustments, we've been able to release a very limited number of additional tickets.

If you'd like to invite a friend, colleague, client, or family member, now is the time! Once these additional seats are gone, they're gone.

Register to Bid Before You Arrive

This is the most important thing to complete before Saturday.

To make check-in quick and easy, we encourage you to create your bidder profile before arriving. It only takes a minute and allows you to spend more time enjoying the cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, live music, and festivities instead of waiting in line.

Our event is completely cashless, and Givebutter will be used for our:

A Few Helpful Reminders

Guest List

If you purchased multiple tickets or reserved a table and haven't yet sent us the names of your guests, please email searle@pvgp.org with their names as soon as possible. Having your guest list in advance helps our registration team prepare and makes check-in quick and seamless for everyone.

Check-In

There are no physical tickets. Simply check in under your name at the registration table when you arrive.

Please Allow Extra Travel Time

The Pittsburgh Pirates have a home game Saturday evening, so traffic around the North Shore will be much heavier than usual. We recommend leaving a little earlier so you can arrive relaxed, grab a cocktail, and enjoy the beginning of the evening.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available in the lot directly in front of Kamin Science Center.

Please enter through the main gate and take a parking ticket upon arrival. Our volunteers will direct you where to park. Parking is free for all gala guests, and the exit gates will remain open when the evening concludes.

For your peace of mind, we've also arranged for a City of Pittsburgh Police officer to be on site throughout the evening to provide additional security for our guests and their vehicles.

Cocktail reception, hors d'oeuvres, live music by Clinton Clegg of The Commonheart, and an exclusive preview of the new Science of Speed exhibit.

7:30 PM
Dinner, program, Live Auction hosted by Channing Powell of Made in PGH with Clinton Clegg joining us after his performance, plus raffles, our famous Wine & Spirits Pull, entertainment, and an unforgettable evening together in Point View Hall.

As Gala Chair, this event holds a very special place in my heart. This year, I'm also thrilled to have Amy Hahn Beckserving as my co-chair. Together with our incredible committee, volunteers, sponsors, auction donors, and partners, we've poured our hearts into creating an evening we hope you'll remember for years to come.

Thank you for being part of this special tradition and helping us continue the mission of the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix. Whether this is your first gala or your fifteenth, we're so grateful you're here.
