Lance Woods' Story
Over the past two decades, I’ve lost nearly a dozen friends and classmates to addiction and overdose. Those losses have had a profound impact on my life and were a major part of what led me into the field of addiction treatment.
Sana Recovery is an incredible resource in the Charlotte area, providing support and treatment for people struggling with addiction and helping them find a path toward recovery.
This November, I’ll be running the half marathon for all of those who can’t.
For the friends we’ve lost.
For the families left behind.
For the people still fighting.
And for those who are finding their way back.
Every mile has a purpose.
