Congratulations on your acceptance into Austin Black Physicians Association Clinical Shadowing program Summer 2026 Cohort! You will be sent a separate email with your tentatively matched physician to shadow. This match will not be confirmed until completion of all enrollment criteria below and attendance to the Virtual Student Orientation.

To accept this opportunity, please complete your specified enrollment criteria, and pre-experience survey by 5:00pm Thursday, June 4th, 2026 AND attend the Virtual Student Orientation later that evening at 6pm CST via Zoom. Students without completed documents or who do not attend orientation will not be eligible to complete the experience as this is required by the hospital/clinic systems. At the orientation we can review any questions regarding the enrollment form and other expectations of the shadowing experience so RSVP below!
