The EC Jamboree is ASEC's annual meeting, bringing together activists, service providers, student leaders, clinicians, researchers, private-sector companies, and advocates who share the goal of expanding access to emergency contraception. ASEC is excited to offer our hybrid meeting format again! The 2026 EC Jamboree will be held on September 29th, 2026 in NYC (or virtually).

Registration: The EC Jamboree is intended to be accessible to all audiences, so we have a range of registration options. Please register based on which level is most appropriate for you/your organization. The ticket levels for 2026 will be:

$150: Intended for private-sector partners, organizations with larger budgets ($1m+), and academic partners with substantial travel budgets
$75: For smaller organizations and scholars with less institutional support
No fee: Students & individuals from small community-based organizations (contact nicola@americansocietyforec.org for free registration code)

Registration will close on September 17th for in-person attendees. Virtual attendees can register until the 28th.

Back again for 2026! ASEC is excited to host a wine and cheese reception at the meeting venue for in-person attendees immediately following the meeting from 5PM-7PM. Please let us know if you'll be staying for the reception during your registration.
