Since 2020, we have raised funds to help cancer patients increase their access to healthy meals. We are thrilled to announce that, in addition to our continued financial support, we are now offering free Cancer Support Health & Wellness Classes.

These classes aim to improve overall health and well-being through engaging, informative sessions on healthy cooking, nutrition, and general wellness. Specifically designed for individuals diagnosed with cancer and their caregivers, our classes will equip participants with the knowledge and skills to make informed choices about their diet and lifestyle, ultimately boosting their health and quality of life. However, they are open to everyone.

Additionally, we will address the impact of alcohol and substance abuse on cancer patients and survivors, offering healthy alternatives to support their journey to wellness.
