Helena's Community Cats is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to the humane care and management of free-roaming, stray, abandoned, and at-risk cats and kittens across Southwest Georgia. Every cat deserves compassion, safety, and a healthy, peaceful life — and your support helps make that possible.

Foster Care We rescue and foster cats & kittens until they're healthy and ready for adoption. Your gift helps cover:

Bottle-feeding for young kittens
Food, litter, toys, flea & tick prevention
Health checks and medical treatment
Spay/neuter
Vaccinations
Microchipping
Adoption costs

TNVR — Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, Return Our TNVR program is the most effective way to reduce feline overpopulation in our community. We trap feral and stray cats, get them spayed or neutered and vaccinated, and return them safely to their outdoor homes.

Community Support We're a resource for anyone facing a cat situation they don't know how to handle. That includes:

Helping elderly residents trap cats for spay/neuter
Providing food or litter to community members in need
Supporting foster-to-adopt placements
Trapping feral or community cats for TNVR
Loaning out cat traps
Teaching best practices for trapping, bottle-feeding, and caregiving
