2026 Impact Icon: A Charitable Challenge

As an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM®), a CPM® candidate, and an IREM Foundation scholarship recipient, I support the Foundation because I know exactly what it makes possible. IREM foundation scholarships gave me access to education I couldn't have funded on my own — and with it, the confidence that I could do it. The knowledge gained, led to leadership roles over nationally competitive assets and to being trusted as an expert in my field. What I didn't expect was who was watching. Peers who decided to pursue their own credentials. My own children, who saw what it looks like to bet on yourself and follow through. I'm grateful for what the Foundation made possible for me, and I want the next person to have that same chance.
