2026 Impact Icon: A Charitable Challenge

IREM has been a meaningful part of my professional journey, providing education, mentorship, leadership opportunities, and a supportive community that has helped me grow in real estate management. 🏢 I have been blessed to receive two IREM Foundation scholarships: the Eugene J. Burger, CPM® IREM Foundation Scholarship in 2024 and the Robert K. and Gladys M. Beal Legacy Scholarship in 2025. 🎓 Together, these scholarships provided 75% tuition assistance for four IREM certification courses and allowed me to continue pursuing my professional goals. I am currently studying to earn my CPM® designation, and I am deeply grateful for every person who has encouraged me and invested in my journey. 📚 I believe the opportunities we receive are not only for our own benefit; they also give us the responsibility to serve others and help open doors for those who come after us. I also believe that true generosity means giving from the heart without expecting anything in return. 💙 Helping others has always been very important to me, which is why participating in the 2026 IREM Foundation Impact Icon Challenge is so meaningful. Through this campaign, I hope to give back, remove financial barriers, and help other real estate management professionals receive the education and opportunities they need to fulfill their potential. 🤝 I am especially thankful to IREM Central Florida Chapter for supporting me and walking alongside me on this journey. Someone invested in my future, and now it is my turn to be a blessing and invest in someone else’s. ✨
