This October 2-4, we are inviting 100 teens, ages 12 to 17, from foster care, adoptive families, and group homes to experience a powerful, hope-filled weekend in the North Georgia Mountains at Journey Weekend.

This life-changing retreat is designed to help teens grow emotionally, socially, and spiritually through activities like ropes courses, sports, art activities, dance, fishing, Chapel, and roundtable discussions. We also celebrate their birthdays! They will build confidence, develop healthy relationships, and hear the life-affirming truth that they are deeply loved, valued and created with purpose.

We also offer an offsite camping trip for 16-17 year-old boys and a spa experience for our older girls. Campers receive encouraging mail, a photo album of memories, and a welcome bag full of goodies.

Many of these youth have attended our Waymark Summer Camps and participate in our year-round mentoring program. Journey Weekend continues that impact, giving them a safe, Christ-centered environment to heal, connect, and dream about their future.

With your support, we can give them a weekend they will never forget, and a message of hope that will last a lifetime.

How You Can Help
We provide this life-changing camp experience at no cost to the families, but it costs us $300 per camper. That’s where you come in. Your support can make a tremendous impact, whether you can sponsor an entire camper or contribute any amount. Every gift helps us continue showing these teens the love and support they deserve.
