Hive Mind Community Investment Cooperative is building something powerful in the South.

Anchored in Athens, Georgia, Hive Mind is a place-based, democratically governed, multi-stakeholder cooperative creating a community-controlled business and finance ecosystem that prioritizes people and the planet over profit.

In the face of rapid and racialized displacement and longstanding economic neglect, Hive Mind is mobilizing collective power—pooling investment, consumer, and political capital—to stabilize communities, build wealth, and foster resilience and self-sufficiency.

This Juneteenth, Hive Mind is preparing for the launhc of their community investment fund which will support permanently affordable real estate development across the South, starting in Georgia.
