Every contribution directly funds instruments, uniforms, travel, meals, instruction, and other essential program needs, ensuring our students have the resources and opportunities to succeed. Every dollar makes a difference and helps create an exceptional experience for every band and guard student.

About us:

The Liberty Hill Panther Band & Guard is comprised of approximately 130 members who pride themselves in their dedication to the Panther Band & Guard, Liberty Hill High School, and connecting with the Liberty Hill community.

Students in our program experience a four-year comprehensive music education including participation in the award winning Liberty Hill Panther Band & Guard, consistent UIL Sweepstakes concert band performances, solo and chamber music opportunities, Color Guard and Winter Guard performances.

All students participate in the Liberty Hill Panther Band & Guard, the most active and visible aspect of the band program. The marching band has experienced great success over the years in both UIL evaluation and various surrounding competitions, advancing to the UIL 5A State Marching Band Contest in both 2023, 2024 and 2025.

In addition to the Panther Band's success on the marching field, Liberty Hill's concert ensembles continue to earn recognition at the state and national levels. The Wind Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, and Woodwind Quintet were all invited to perform at the Music for All National Festival in Indianapolis in April 2025, representing the Liberty Hill community on a national stage. Building on that success, Liberty Hill students also earned invitations to perform at the Houston Underground Saxophone Competition and the TCU Percussion Festival in 2026, showcasing the exceptional talent and dedication of the band's musicians across multiple disciplines.

How Can I Help?

The Panther Band & Guard staff and the Liberty Hill Band Boosters (LHBB) work to support every student in a variety of ways. Fundraised money is used to support our marching band design costs, transport equipment, build and maintain production elements such as props, provide regular clinicians and masterclasses for our students, provide meals, and more.

A typical year costs over $240,000, with some of that coming from the district, some coming from our boosters, and the rest coming directly from our families. Every donation, no matter how small or large, helps to ensure our students continue to have a world-class experience and provides every student with an equitable and excellent band experience, no matter their economic background.

Our goal for this fundraiser is to set our program up for a successful and enriching 2026-2027 school year. Any donation helps us secure the continued success and growth of the Liberty Hill Panther Band & Guard!
