Football season will be here before you know it, and it’s time to get ready for Mountaineers Night Out on October 3, 2026, at the Red Carpet Pavilion. This WVU football game-watching tailgate party will feature the Mountaineers taking on the Iowa State Cyclones, with proceeds benefiting WV Kids Cancer Crusaders and the Bob Burdette Center.

We hope you will consider supporting Mountaineers Night Out by becoming a sponsor. Enclosed is a sponsorship form outlining the special benefits available to our sponsors.

Mountaineers Night Out is the ultimate tailgate party, featuring BBQ, wings, spirited beverages, games, and more. Guests will enjoy watching Mountaineer football on multiple big screens as WVU takes on the Iowa State Cyclones.

Game time has not yet been announced, but the event will begin two hours before kickoff.

Your sponsorship will help provide support and resources for West Virginians affected by adolescent and childhood cancer. It will also provide a safe, fun place for children to grow and thrive on Charleston’s West Side.
