Maria Droste Counseling Services (MDCS) is excited to announce the return of Music for Mental Health, our fall fundraiser, taking place Tuesday, November 10, 2026, from 6–9 PM at Big Night Live in Boston. This event brings the community together for an evening of live music in support of MDCS's mission to provide accessible, affordable mental health care to ALL in need.

This year's entertainment will be provided by ZUMIX, an East Boston-based nonprofit dedicated to building community through music and creative technology. ZUMIX's award-winning programming equips young people with the tools to explore their identities and build successful futures, offering access to high-quality arts experiences in a historically underserved neighborhood—a mission that resonates deeply with MDCS's own commitment to breaking down barriers to opportunity and healing.

We will enjoy light appetizers, and a cash bar will be available throughout the evening. We will also be selling raffle tickets for the chance to win some great items.

Proceeds from Music for Mental Health directly support MDCS's mission of providing accessible mental health care to the South Shore and Greater Boston community. Since 1992, MDCS has offered sliding scale counseling and holistic therapies to individuals and families across the region, regardless of their ability to pay.
