Porch Lights 2026: Help LIGHT the Way for Survivors of Domestic Violence

Every light sends a message: You are not alone.

This October, SCCADVASA is inviting individuals, families, businesses, and neighborhoods across South Carolina to help LIGHT the way for survivors of domestic violence by participating in Porch Lights, a statewide awareness and fundraising campaign during Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Here's how you can participate:

💜 Donate and Pick Up a Luminary
Make a donation and pick up your Porch Lights Luminary Kit from a participating business partner in your community. Porch Lights

💜 Donate and Join Your Neighborhood
Interested in organizing your neighborhood, HOA, apartment community, or street? Make your donation and contact us to learn how your community can become a Porch Lights Partner. Porch Lights

💜 Donate and Create Your Own Display
Prefer to participate from home? Make a donation and create your own Porch Lights display using a luminary kit or DIY materials. Porch Lights

💜 Light the Way on October 8
On Thursday, October 8, place your luminaries outside your home, business, or gathering place as a visible symbol of hope, support, and solidarity with survivors. Porch Lights

💜 Share Your Light
Take photos of your display and share them on social media using #PorchLightsSC. Be sure to tag SCCADVASA so we can celebrate your participation and inspire others to join the movement.
