OUR MISSION

At Shine On, we identify and empower underrepresented young women by providing financial support, mentorship, and professional development so they can thrive in college, early careers, and beyond.

Through the Shine On Scholarship, each young woman receives the resources and community to become the courageous changemakers our world needs.

OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH LIVEGIRL

Shine On operates in partnership with LiveGirl, a Connecticut-based nonprofit building confident, career-ready leaders since 2014. Together, we ignite the next generation of leaders:

LiveGirl identifies outstanding young women ready to rise and provides professional development and confidence coaching.
Shine On provides the financial resources, donor network and mentorship to help them thrive.

This partnership goes beyond financial support, it empowers Shine On scholars to lead with courage while inspiring the next generation of women leaders in their communities.

IMPACT SINCE 2023

20 scholarships awarded
70% of recipients are first-generation college students.
100% of donations go directly to scholarships, coaching, and career-development support.
In 2025 alone, donor support funded 10 recipients, covering essentials like tuition, books, and living costs and giving scholars the freedom to pursue research, unpaid internships, and leadership roles.
