Field work requires grit. Every day, men and women in high-vis vests and safety glasses to build and improve our communities. We talk constantly about jobsite safety—harnesses, hard hats, and steel-toe boots. But the biggest threat to our crews isn't falling from a scaffold or a machinery accident.

It's suicide.

4x5 is a nonprofit started by construction workers and leaders who take action when they see a hazard. We know that real jobsite safety means looking out for the mental well-being of the person sitting across from you. We built 4x5 to break the stigma right where work happens: on the ground, over a meal, crew to crew.
