2026 TCS New York City Marathon - Friends of Firefighters Fundraising Page

Running the 2026 New York City Marathon is already a huge honor, but getting the opportunity to run it for Friends of Firefighters makes it even more meaningful to me personally. My dad has been a member of the FDNY for over 20 years, so the fire department has been a major part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up I was always surrounded by the incredible people and strong sense of community that make the FDNY family so special. Through my dad, I’ve been involved in countless extra curricular events tied to the FDNY and have had the chance to meet so many selfless, hardworking, and inspiring firefighters and families over the years. Friends of Firefighter’s mission to support active and retired firefighters and their families through counseling, wellness programs, and community support is something I deeply believe in and admire. This marathon is more than just a race for me; it’s a chance to give back to a community that has had such a positive impact on my life. I’m super proud to be running to support the men and women who dedicate their lives to serving others, and I’m incredibly grateful for any support that helps me reach my $7,500 fundraising goal.
