2026 TCS New York City Marathon - Friends of Firefighters Fundraising Page

I am incredibly excited and honored to be running the 2026 New York City Marathon with Friends of Firefighters. My dad is a retired FDNY lieutenant who dedicated 20 years to the fire department, so at 23 years old, the FDNY has truly been part of my entire life. It has been such a privilege to grow up surrounded by such an wonderful community of people. The FDNY is a special family, and I am so grateful that my dad was able to be a part of it. Growing up, I attended many FDNY events — from Christmas parties and summer picnics to marching in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Those experiences shaped me in so many positive ways and gave me a deep appreciation for the strength, sacrifice, and camaraderie within the FDNY community. I am especially grateful for the opportunity to give back to the FDNY family through Friends of Firefighters. Firefighters are constantly exposed to physically demanding and emotionally taxing situations, yet many do not always seek the support they deserve. As I prepare to enter the medical field as a physical therapist, I am passionate about advocating for both physical rehabilitation and mental health awareness. I deeply admire the mission of Friends of Firefighters in providing these essential services and support systems to active and retired FDNY members and their families.
