KEEP PUSHING: Building the Future of Skateboarding in Troy

The Joe Reardon Skatepark has been part of Troy's skateboarding community for generations. Now, we have an opportunity to come together and help shape what comes next.

Troy City Skatepark Unite is working with the City of Troy and professional skatepark designers to explore the future of our local skatepark. Our goal is to create a modern, welcoming space built for all generations, backgrounds, and skill levels—a place where kids can discover skateboarding, experienced skaters can continue pushing themselves, and families and friends can come together.

Keep Pushing 2026

On Saturday, September 19, our community will come together at the Joe Reardon Skatepark for our annual Keep Pushing Fundraiser.

Keep Pushing is more than a fundraiser. It's a celebration of skateboarding, creativity, community, and the people who have helped keep the Troy skate scene alive through the years.

The event will feature live music, food, skateboarding, contests, prizes, local organizations, vendors, activities, and more.

It's also an opportunity for the community to learn more about the vision for the future of the skatepark and the work happening behind the scenes to move the project forward.

Where Your Donation Goes

Every contribution to this campaign supports Troy City Skatepark Unite's efforts to move the skatepark project forward.

Community input has already played an important role in the process. A public survey helped us better understand who uses the park, what people want from a future skatepark, the types of features riders would like to see, and how the park can better serve Troy for years to come.

We are now working through the planning and development process with the goal of turning that community input into something real.
