This is Team Admission for the 2026 Annual Golf Outing.

Each Purchase is for a Team of 4 players.

Each player, at minimum, must register their full name. email address and phone number in order to purchase the ticket.

Play Golf with your team of 4 players. Each Team registration requires a $400 fee.

When: Friday, July 24th, 2026 (Please register by July 17th, 2026)
