Willie J. Perry Outreach, Inc. proudly presents the 2026 Vanguard Leadership Awards Gala, an evening dedicated to celebrating the hardworking Street & Sanitation Workers whose service helps keep our communities clean, safe, and moving forward.

Under this year’s theme, “Unsung Heroes — The Backbone of Our Communities,” we will shine a well-deserved spotlight on individuals whose dedication is often carried out behind the scenes, yet whose impact is felt throughout our cities and neighborhoods every day.

Join us on Friday, November 13, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Fairfield Civic Center for an elegant evening of recognition, inspiration, fellowship, dinner, and celebration.

Tickets are $50 per person.

More than an awards celebration, the Vanguard Leadership Awards Gala serves as the annual year-end fundraiser for Willie J. Perry Outreach, Inc. Proceeds help support the organization’s community programs and initiatives throughout the year, including youth and senior outreach, hunger relief, health and wellness initiatives, education, workforce development, and family stabilization services.
