Hi! 🥰
I’m running the Berlin Marathon—but this one is deeply personal. Over the past year, I’ve gone through a season that challenged me in ways I didn’t expect—one that, at times, felt overwhelming. Breaking old patterns wasn’t easy, but it pushed me to take a hard look at my mental health and start showing up for myself in a different way.
👟Running has always been an outlet for me, but this year it’s become something more. It’s not just about miles, training, or pace—it’s about clarity, discipline, and a reminder that I can do hard things without running from them. I’ve put in a lot of work to better manage stress, build healthier habits, and show up for myself more consistently.
When I got word that Still I Run was adding me to their team to run the Berlin Marathon for 2026, I was SO very happy. I’m incredibly proud to be fundraising for Still I Run, an organization dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental health and supporting those who are struggling—because no one should feel like they have to face those battles alone.
🇩🇪 Berlin will also mark my 5th World Major Marathon—leaving just Tokyo as the final step toward earning the 6 Star Medal, a goal that’s been years in the making and one many of you know means a lot to me!
🏃♀️Every mile I run in Berlin is for that version of me who felt stuck—and for something bigger: awareness, support, and reminding people they’re not alone.
If you’re able to donate or share, it truly means the world to me!
And if you’re in a tough place right now, just know—change is possible, even when it doesn’t feel like it. We’re stronger than we think. 💛
💕 With all of my love & gratitude,
Audrey
