In Flight, Inc. was founded in 1993 as a Medicaid service coordination agency. Since opening, In Flight has grown to offer multiple programs serving individuals with intellectual disabilities

Our Residential program promotes skills for living independently and our Day-Habilitation, Community Habilitation, ISAIL, and SEMP programs teach new skills in communication, socialization, volunteerism, and employment.

Offering services in Ulster, Columbia, Greene, and Dutchess counties, where we prioritize putting the people we support first through person-centered planning.
