Brisket (9x9 tray) - 7 slices, approx. 1/4” to 3/8” thick, arranged east to west, parallel to the container hinge, layers permitted.

Pork Spare Ribs (9x9 tray) - 7 ribs (St. Louis Style allowed), arranged east to west, parallel to the container hinge, layers permitted.

Chicken (10x13 tray) - Two halves, non disjointed chicken with skin on.
