For more than 130 years, Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania has been a steady place for families in our community.

When a parent calls 211 in the middle of a crisis.
When a caregiver needs someone to listen.

Every day across Northeastern Pennsylvania, families face challenges that feel overwhelming. Rising costs. Housing instability. Mental health stress. Food insecurity. Caregiving demands. And often, they are navigating these struggles quietly.

From the PA 211 Helpline to Maria’s Market, from family support services to youth prevention programs, your generosity fuels real, tangible impact right here at home.

Last year alone, thousands of our neighbors turned to FSA NEPA for assistance. Behind every number is a story, like a mother finding safe housing, a senior-accessing resources, a child reconnecting with family, a household putting food on the table.
