Join us as a vendor at the 2026 Grounds for Art Fest on Saturday, September 12, for an afternoon of live music, curated art, demonstrations, food, and community celebration at the historic Taylor Wharton Iron and Steel Company Grounds.

Vendor fees help support the Grounds for Art mission:

Grounds for Art Mission: Grounds for Art is a community-based project that promotes and preserves the cultural, historical, and ecological assets of the TISCO site through art installations and multi-use activities that celebrate the beauty and rich history of the grounds.

Juried Vendor Process

We seek vendors offering original, handcrafted, curated, and thoughtfully executed work.

To apply by July 19, 2026, vendors must:

Complete the online application
Submit payment
Email 2–3 recent images of your work (and, if possible, a booth photo) to HighBridgeGFA@highbridge.org
Include a short artist/vendor bio for promotional purposes

An impartial jury will review all applications.

Vendor notifications: August 2
Accepted vendors confirm participation by August 9
Accepted vendors must complete a waiver: https://highbridge.org/waiver-release-hold-harmless-over-18/

Setup details and directions will be shared with accepted vendors at least three weeks before the event.

Registration Fees

Early Bird: $50 per 10' x 10' space (through June 30)
Regular: $70 per 10' x 10' space (July 1–19)

Need more room? Additional spaces may be purchased.

All registration fees are non-refundable, including in the event of weather cancellation.

General Information

Registration closes July 19. No day-of registrations. Registration is complete only upon payment.
Vendors provide their own tent, tables, and chairs.
Tents must be secured with weights or stakes and be no larger than 10' x 10' per reserved space.
No electricity or Wi-Fi is available.
Vendors must remain open until 5 PM.
Media promotion will include print, online, and social media—vendors are encouraged to help spread the word.
The Borough of High Bridge reserves the right to close the event for safety reasons; weather decisions will be made within 48 hours of the event.
