Welcome to the Grad Night Out Page!

This is your hub for purchasing tickets, making donations, and learning all the important details — except for the TOP-SECRET venues — of our all-night graduation celebration!

Grad Night Out is a parent-run, parent-funded event created to give our seniors a safe, unforgettable way to celebrate this milestone together.

This event is open to seniors from
Bainbridge High School, Eagle Harbor High School, and Running Start Seniors.

Immediately following the graduation ceremony

The Details

Once the graduation ceremony concludes, seniors will head to the courtyard behind the cafeteria to check in at registration with our volunteer team.

At check-in, students will turn in all personal belongings, including cell phones, wallets, purses, and similar items. For this reason, we strongly recommend students give personal items to parents or guardians before boarding the buses.

Snacks and refreshments will be available while students wait to depart.

From there, buses will kick off the night with the beloved Winslow drive-by celebration, where families and community members line the streets to cheer on our newest graduates. (Yes — water balloons are part of the tradition!)

After the drive-by, students will be transported to their first top-secret venue, where the night truly begins.

Throughout the evening, seniors will enjoy:

Multiple surprise venues
Plenty of food and snacks
Games, activities, and entertainment
Prize giveaways all night long (this is where donations make a big impact!)

The group will return on the 6'ish AM ferry back to Bainbridge Island (we'll confirm time when date gets closer.

✅ Parent/guardian pickup is required.

A Safe Night to Celebrate Together

Grad Night Out is a fully supervised, substance-free event, providing a safe environment with no alcohol, drugs, or driving — just laughter, connection, and celebration.

Our goal is simple:
To give our seniors a once-in-a-lifetime graduation night they’ll remember long after they’ve walked across the stage.

Cost and Registration

Ticket Price: $350

How to Buy a Ticket:
Click the “BUY TIX OR DONATE” button at the top of this page to pay online via Givebutter. Alternatively, you can pay by check made payable to "BHS PTSO" with "GNO - [Student's Name]" in the memo line, and turn into the PTSO mailbox in the BHS Main Office.

(NOTE: Givebutter asks for a suggested "tip" on the last payment page. You can choose to add a tip, or use the dropdown to choose "Other" and make sure amount is set to "0" if you don't wish to tip.)

Required Forms for Registration

To complete your registration, every participating student must submit the following:

Student Release Form
(BHS or EHHS version depending on the student’s school)
Emergency Care Plan
(Only required if the student is bringing medication or has allergies or a medical condition that may require attention from our nurse during the event)

Note: Digital/typed signatures are fine. After completing the forms, email them to bhs.gno@gmail.com.

If you prefer to pay by check, download and complete the Student Reservation Form plus the Student Release Form & Emergency Care Plan (if applicable) and turn hard copies with a check payment into the PTSO mailbox in the BHS Main Office.

We need volunteers to help make Grad Night Out a success! Without the support of our amazing volunteers, this event wouldn’t be possible. To sign up, email bhs.gno@gmail.com.

How You Can Help Make This Night Over-the-Top!

Grad Night is a parent-funded event, and we plan to make it a fun night with giveaways all night long. A way you can help is to donate the following items.

GIFT CARDS: Cash Donations so we can purchase gift cards to giveaway
PHYSICAL ITEMS YOU CAN DONATE: Examples: Electronics, iPads, laptops, iPhones, Dorm Kit, etc. (things they may need for college)
