MOVE! SHAKE! WIGGLE! RUN!...TBRS Stars Get it Done!

It's that time again! The TBRS community is coming together throughout the month of May for 31 days of joyful movement for our annual TBRS Exercise Challenge. This year we are kicking things up a notch with one powerful goal: raising $40,000 to support the strengthening of our global collaboration.

Funds raised will help to:

Support a 2027 global TBRS Summit in Europe, bringing families, clinicians, and researchers together from across countries and continents
Expand and strengthen TBRS Centers of Excellence to increase access to expert care worldwide
Increase global participation in TBRS research and registries
Create consistent, evidence-based guidance for TBRS care across borders

Movement looks different for every TBRS Star — and every version counts. Whether it’s a walk around the block, a therapy session, seated exercises, a dance party in the kitchen, or a full family workout, each minute of movement helps build stronger futures for our community.

This challenge isn’t about athletic ability. It’s about participation. It’s about momentum. It’s about intentionally moving our bodies while moving our mission forward.

Throughout these 31 days, our community will unlock celebrations, surprises, and recognition milestones as we work together toward our $40,000 goal!
