The ABT No Bounds Scholarship Tennis and Pickleball Fundraiser will be held at El Dorado Tennis Center on Wednesday, November 11th, 2026 from 8:30 am to 12 pm.

Making Higher Education Accessible by providing financial assistance to students with disabilities at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB).

We will have two Tennis Divisions (Women's and Mixed) and two Pickleball Divisions (Beg/Intermediate and Intermediate/Advanced). After play enjoy a delicious lunch from Grounds Bakery and Ice Cream from The Original Rainbow Cone! And don't miss the StretchLab Pop Up to loosen those muscles.

*ABT No Bounds Scholarship Tennis and Pickleball Fundraiser Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

Event Date: Wednesday, November 11, 2026

Location: El Dorado Tennis Center, 2800 N. Studebaker Rd, Long Beach, CA 90815

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the ABT No Bounds Scholarship Tennis and Pickleball Fundraiser (“the Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in tennis and pickleball activities involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, physical exertion, falls, equipment failure, collisions, and outdoor conditions. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, or loss that I may sustain in connection with the Event. 2. Release and Waiver: I hereby release and discharge the ABT No Bounds Scholarship, its officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, agents, and affiliates, as well as the event facility and its representatives (collectively “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, or causes of action arising from my participation in the Event, including any claims for injury, illness (including COVID-19 or other communicable diseases), death, property damage, or theft, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 3. Medical Treatment: I give permission for the Event organizers to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary and understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred. 4. Photo/Video Release: I grant permission to the ABT No Bounds Scholarship and its representatives to use any photographs or video footage taken of me during the Event for promotional or fundraising purposes, without compensation. 5. Compliance with Rules: I agree to follow all Event rules, safety instructions, and directions from Event organizers and volunteers. 6. Acknowledgment of Understanding: By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Event, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver and release. I understand that this agreement is binding and intended to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. Note: This waiver applies to all individuals for whom tickets are purchased. The ticket purchaser affirms that all participants in their party have been informed of and agree to these terms.
