In Person

Registration and welcome: Wednesday, April 8, 2026 from 4pm. (in-person only)

Conference and events: Thursday, April 9, and Friday, April 10, 2026 from 8:45am to 4pm EST.

Check in will be available on Wednesday, April 9, from 4pm followed by the opportunity to meet other families in the bar area. Alternatively you may also check-in right before the conference on Thursday, April 10, from 8am - 8:45am

Thursday, 9 April, 9am - 4pm EST and Friday, 10 April, 9am to 1pm EST.

Live caption translations will be available for virtual live stream attendees in the following languages:

How do I get the cost of my tickets reimbursed by raising $1,000 for the Foundation?

First, book your conference in person tickets. If you would like to host a NR2F1 Foundation fundraiser using our fundraising tool Givebutter, reach out to jennifer.coughlin@nr2f1.org

Once you’ve raised $1,000 via the Givebutter fundraiser, we’ll refund your conference tickets up to the value of 2 adults and 1 child (BBSOAS patients are free). Email to discuss setting up your fundraiser.

Whats included in the in person ticket?

Breakfast on Thursday and Friday. Lunch on Thursday. Conference t-shirt, goodie bag and direct access to the world leading BBSOAS experts!
