ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY HFHMC, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE RAFFLE. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL THE ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. HFHMC will make reasonable efforts to contact the person named on a winning ticket, using only the information on the winning ticket/purchase form. If despite those efforts the person named on a winning ticket cannot be located within 30 calendar days after the drawing, or if any such person is ineligible under these rules or applicable law, then that person will not be awarded the prize, no other ticket will be substituted for that ticket, and the prize will be retained by HFHMC.
