Parents, please note the following:

Drop off & pick up will occur at the front of George Fischer Middle School. ALL PARENTS & GUARDIANS MUST PARK AND WALK THEIR CHILD(REN) IN!!

You may begin dropping off at 6:45PM and doors will close promptly at 7PM. Students will be checked in once they arrive and checked out before they leave.

We will not be offering early pick up except for in the event of an emergency. Pick up will begin at 9PM sharp.

Photo ID will be REQUIRED at pick up and students will ONLY be released to those listed on their registration form. This will be strictly enforced. PLEASE BE SURE PHOTO ID MATCHES NAME ON PICK UP AUTHORIZATION LIST!!!!

The registration cost for this event includes ice cream, DJ, games, photo booth, snacks, and unlimited water. Students DO NOT need to bring money with them.

Padres, por favor tomen nota de lo siguiente:

La entrega y la recogida de los estudiantes se realizarán en la entrada principal de la Escuela Intermedia George Fischer. ¡TODOS los padres y tutores DEBEN estacionar sus vehículos y acompañar a sus hijos a pie hasta el interior!

Pueden comenzar a dejar a los estudiantes a partir de las 6:45 p. m., y las puertas se cerrarán puntualmente a las 7:00 p. m. Se registrará la entrada de los estudiantes a su llegada y su salida antes de retirarse.

No se permitirá la recogida anticipada, salvo en casos de emergencia. La recogida comenzará a las 9:00 p. m. en punto.

Se EXIGIRÁ una identificación con fotografía al momento de la recogida, y los estudiantes SOLO serán entregados a las personas que figuren en su formulario de registro. Esta norma se aplicará de manera estricta. ¡¡¡POR FAVOR, ASEGÚRESE DE QUE EL NOMBRE EN LA IDENTIFICACIÓN CON FOTOGRAFÍA COINCIDA CON EL NOMBRE QUE APARECE EN LA LISTA DE PERSONAS AUTORIZADAS PARA LA RECOGIDA!!!

El costo de inscripción para este evento incluye helado, DJ, juegos, cabina de fotos, refrigerios y agua ilimitada. Los estudiantes NO necesitan traer dinero consigo.
