WHO WE ARE

Our Mission: The 50 Mile March Foundation empowers Veterans facing mental health challenges and homelessness by fostering a community of hope and relentless support.

Our Values: Commitment, Honor, Integrity, Respect, Service

Who We Support: Since our inception, the 50 Mile March Foundation has provided over $700,000 to local nonprofit organizations that directly help our Veterans. Honoring our history, each year the March donates 10% of walker proceeds to our grant-making program. The remaining funds are invested in our future - construction of the Community of Hope - a tiny home village and community campus to support Veterans facing homelessness and mental health challenges.

WHAT IS THE 50 MILE MARCH?

The 50 Mile March is a 50 mile ruck march from the steps of the Nebraska State Capitol to Omaha, Nebraska to raise awareness and funds to support our community's Veterans. Participants train, fundraise, and build community in preparation of 22 hours and over 120,000 steps each August. This year's event will be held August 21st-22nd. Over 170 walkers, nearly 120 volunteers, and even more supporters help us execute this exciting community event.
