At UNITE 2030, we are dedicated to empowering young leaders to tackle global challenges like poverty, inequality, injustice, and climate change. Since 2016, we have supported over 35,000 Changemakers from 175+ countries, equipping them with the skills and resources to make a difference.

We recognize that the challenges facing our world—poverty, inequality, injustice, and climate change—require bold, innovative solutions led by emboldened leaders. Our new strategic vision is designed to meet these challenges head-on by expanding our reach and deepening our impact.

About the 2030 Fund

The 2030 Fund is UNITE 2030's comprehensive campaign to raise $2.5M over the next four years. This fund will enable us to expand our flagship program, Camp 2030, support more young social entrepreneurs, and drive sustainable social change on a global scale. Through Camp 2030, our flagship entrepreneurship program, we support 200 early-stage social entrepreneurs from 60 countries annually in transforming their innovative solutions into social businesses across diverse communities globally.

We've seen Campers return home to launch businesses, like Sanah Malik's initiative, Corporate Mentors, which helps refugees in Canada get connected to C-Suite experts, work their way up the corporate ladder, and even compete on political reality TV (Kelly Given and Rico Chase ('23) were both contestants on the UK Channel4's "Make Me a Prime Minister.")

To date, Camp 2030 has helped close to 400 social entrepreneurs explore entrepreneurship and launch their social businesses. We've also trained 26 facilitators to lead the program, which opens the door for more opportunities for Changemakers on a regional level. The 2030 Fund is an initiative that will empower even more young leaders and expand our impact.

The 2030 Fund Will:

Empower Underserved Changemakers: Provide 500 scholarships annually by 2030, ensuring that underserved young leaders have access to our transformative programs.
Expand Global Reach: Bring our programs to new markets by 2025. This will support 6,500 social entrepreneurs annually by 2030.
Support Social Enterprises: Invest $1M annually in over 50 social startups, providing crucial funding and support to help these startups grow and scale, creating sustainable social impact in their communities.
