Let’s rise together... Because This. Is. Blue Heart💙

Established in 2013, The Blue Heart Foundation was founded by the late Tracy R. Morris and his wife April Ray Morris to empower and educate African American young men, 12-18 in San Diego who are under-served and often under-estimated. The Blue Heart Academy offers a solid holistic mentoring program through adult and peer mentoring that facilitates positive interactions, education, empowerment and emotional well being that is a critical component for the success of their lives.
