This year’s Festival of Trees returns with a heartwarming mission: supporting Perinatal Pathways at Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana. The gala showcases fully decorated Christmas trees and wreaths donated by individuals, businesses, and community groups—each one a symbol of generosity and hope. Items are displayed for public viewing and sold via live and silent auctions, with all proceeds benefiting local mothers, newborns, and families.

How your support helps
Funds raised directly provide:

Essential Supplies: Diapers, formula, clothing, blankets, and safe-sleep equipment like cribs and bassinets.
Medical Support: Help with prenatal and postpartum needs not fully covered by insurance.
Education & Resources: Parenting classes, breastfeeding support, safe-sleep education, and maternal health workshops.
Transportation: Assistance getting to appointments and community resources.
Emergency Support: Immediate relief when unexpected challenges arise.

Event highlights

When doors open (6 p.m.): Explore trees, wreaths, and the silent auction.
Dinner at 7 p.m.: Enjoy a full catered meal by Chastity Fox, appetizers, and a cash bar (provided by Allen and Andrea Brown).
Live auction at ~8 p.m.: Bid on your favorite trees and wreaths (silent auction winners announced).
From 9–11 p.m.: DJ (Brandon Humphries) and dancing with a dessert bar.
Photos with Santa: Free for all attendees; digital downloads available after the event.
Local talent: Live music by Ron Fox.

Ways to get involved

Attend: Tickets are $35/person, $60/couple, or $200/table of 8. Purchase by 4 p.m., Fri., Nov. 14.
Sponsor: Title, Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsorships are available (due Nov. 14).
Donate a tree or wreath: Follow the donation guidelines and deadlines listed below and on the registration site.

Tree & wreath donor guidelines

Trees: Artificial (6.5–12 ft), fully adorned with wired decorations, lights, and a metal stand. Deliver to the National Guard Armory (500 NE 6th Street, Washington, IN) on Friday, November 21 between 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Option to set up and decorate Fri., Nov. 21, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. at the Armory—or the committee can set/decorate for you. Two event tickets included. Best Tree Trophy awarded to the tree with the most votes.
Wreaths: Artificial (≥24"), fully adorned with wired decorations and a metal hanger. Deliver to the National Guard Armory (500 NE 6th Street, Washington, IN) on Friday, November 21 between 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Option to set up and decorate Fri., Nov. 21, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. at the Armory—or the committee can set/decorate for you. One event ticket included. Best Wreath Trophy awarded to the wreath with the most votes.

Pickup & delivery
Winning bidders can take items home after the gala or pick up Sun., Nov. 23, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Delivery is available at no extra charge within Daviess County.
