The Kindness Project is working toward purchasing our building in the Lehigh Valley, PA as we approach the end of our five-year mortgage in April 2026. While we are not at risk of losing the property, paying off the remaining $265,000 or reducing the mortgage strengthens our long-term stability and allows us to focus on what matters most ... serving children, teens and families impacted by foster care.

From this building, the Kindness Exchange Boutique provides clothing, shoes, toiletries, beds, car seats, school supplies, and emergency essentials for thousands of youth across eastern PA and western NJ. Since 2018, TKP has distributed over $5 million in goods to families and agencies in 80+ foster care organizations across more than 35 counties.

Purchasing the building ensures we can:

Maintain a reliable, central space for children and families to connect and feel seen
Support ongoing growth in services and inventory
Reduce long-term costs and plan confidently for the future
