For the first time, Tactics on Tap is crossing state lines and bringing the conversation to West Fargo, North Dakota.

Tactics on Tap is a firefighter-driven platform built around honest discussion, real-world experience, and practical decision-making. This event is not a lecture and not a sales pitch, it’s a conversation about the job, the standards we hold, and what actually works on the fireground.

This West Fargo event will feature Tanner Sittig, Firefighter-Paramedic and current Fire Apparatus Operator (FAO) with Watertown Fire Rescue. Tanner brings a grounded engine-company perspective, fireground operations, and apparatus responsibilities with a focus on fundamentals, discipline, and ownership of the craft.
