10Mins1Page Inc. is a non-profit organization founded by me Nicollette Buddington. 10Mins1Page is focused on promoting expressive journaling, self-care, and health education and advocacy in the Bronx The organization aims to make journaling accessible and engaging, encouraging people to dedicate just "10 minutes of their time" with a "paper" and "pen" to improve their health and well-being.

My vision for 10Mins1Page Inc. is rooted in the belief that everyone should have access to quality mental and physical health resources. The organization achieves this through programs that emphasize the simplicity and benefits of expressive writing.

10Mins1Page Inc. also actively participates in community events and initiatives, including environmental cleanups and collaborations with organizations to promote health and wellness in the Bronx and Westchester communities. In 2025, 10Mins1Page Inc. was one of 15 non-profits in the Bronx to receive a small grant from the Bronx River Alliance Community Grants Program.
