Through our trained leadership, HUB recruits, trains, empowers, and mobilizes passionate and committed volunteers from churches and the community to support and serve in our youth programs. We use the Teach One to Lead One curriculum in the Habersham, GA, school system to provide positive youth development to hundreds of youth annually. These youth are invited to other HUB programs to experience dynamic relationships and resources.

For example, John (name changed) communicated that he was pretty alone and struggling until he became a part of Teach One to Lead One. He had lost his dad, and the rest of his family was in tough shape at the time. Through that year of being mentored, he found comfort and encouragement. He then became a part of a HUB faith-based program, which was catalytic in helping him move forward in his development. He has become part of a leadership team where he is thriving in servant-leadership. He anticipates being a first responder when he graduates from high school.
