In June 2025, our artists returned to Southern Turkey for the 3rd year in a row to support families still rebuilding after the 2023 earthquake.

During one of our shows, a young boy sat in the audience and said, “That’s not real. There’s nothing there.”

But when our artist Gamze gently placed a red nose on him, something shifted. He began to play.

By the end of the performance, he was dancing.

Moments like this remind us: play is not a distraction. It’s a bridge back to imagination, connection, and hope.
