Updates

It's another slow week for photo updates, but we will start with a "thank you" from our contact at the 17th Special Operations Center for his replacement gorget and a bag full of IFAKs. For your information, the gorget is an armored throat guard; our contact's previous one did its job, which is why he needed a replacement.

Task Force Nobody of the 112th received their new antenna and they couldn't be happier (regardless of what their expressions may be).

The "Liut" Brigade [Fury] flag is joined by unit patches from the 95th's drone unit and the 152nd Brigade's former brigade patch.

In closing:

I was at a family birthday party this weekend and my stepfather asked me "why hasn't Ukraine lost yet?"

Needless to say, my immediate reaction was anger and resentment towards his dismissive attitude, but I soon realized that his view isn't uncommon (at least in the USA). With the current geopolitical situation, Ukraine has been replaced in the headlines with newer crises.

And as we all know, russia is attempting to eradicate the entire country and people.

We can admire Ukrainians for their bravery, tenacity, and ingenuity, but that doesn't change the fact that Ukrainians aren't doing this out of a desire to impress the world. They literally have no choice if they want to remain Ukrainian.

We cannot thank you all enough for staying with us and continuing to support Ukraine's fight for their lives. I cannot wait to see what the Ukrainians accomplish after the war ends. Based on what they have shown thus far, I expect great things.
